Gold Plated Beryllium Copper Wire also known as copper beryllium, BeCu or beryllium bronze, is a metal alloy of copper and beryllium, and sometimes with other alloying elements. The alloy combines high strength with non-magnetic and non-sparking qualities. It has excellent metalworking, forming and machining qualities.
Round beryllium-copper wire is supplied as gold plated with a nickel strike. ATTENTION: This material is not redrawn at Luma Metall. You are welcome to send your own material to us for plating, The thickness of the gold coating will be made as per your requirements.
Luma gold plated beryllium copper wire is avaliable in the dimension range 0.050 – 0.2 mm (0.00196 – 0.0787″).
